  1. Do my video or pictures  need captions or a transcript so people can find it?
    Your video / business listing will be searched for and found by clients based on the information you supply to us in the spaces under keyword, company name, search 1 and search 2 on the submission form. This may be changed by yourself at any time enabling you to position yourself into the market that you feel will give you the best response.
  2. How do I upload my advertising?                                                                                                                                                       Your video / business advertising is simply emailed to us as an attachment you don't  need to upload it. For security reasons all media forms will be vetted by us to ensure only appropriate information is being displayed.
  3. How often can I change my advertising?
    Your advertising is in your hands you can change the advertisements as often as you desire there is currently no limit to the amount of changes you can make. A change of advertising will be completed with in a 24 hour period.
  4. What file formats do you accept?
    Bizadlive.com accepts video in a wide range of popular formats. The fastest way to get your videos into Bizadlive.com Video is to submit each file in MPEG4 format with MP3 audio or MPEG2 with MP3, QuickTime, Windows Media, and RealVideo.

    NTSC or PAL  (4:3) size and framerate, deinterlaced
    Video Codec: MPEG2 or MPEG4 (MPEG4 preferred)
    Video Bitrate: at least 260Kbps (750kbps preferred)
    Audio Codec: MP3 vbr
    Audio Bitrate: at least 70Kbps (128 Kbps preferred)
  2. What are the technical requirements for my video to be included in Bizadlive.com Video?
    • The video must be in a format we accept; see above.
    • The video must contain recognizable video content.
    • The frame rate should be above 12 frames per second
    • No spam
    • The video must be at least 10 seconds long
    • It is advisable not to use videos' greater than 60 secs as it will cause delays in viewing response time.

 7.   What are the system requirements for Bizadlive.com ? Is there a size limitation? A maximum number of videos I can upload?

You can upload one video per business registration but you can change that as many times as you like. For example a restaurant may want to display and change weekly menus, or a dress shop may wish to upload seasonal fashion changes, an engineering company may choose have only one demonstration of a machine in operation etc. Remember that the intention is to get your customers attention as quickly as possible, it is advisable not to make the videos too long.

   7.  Can I remove my videos after I upload them?

Yes. To remove a video simply send an email to admin@bizadlive.com requesting removal and we will remove the video immediately.

      9. What does Bizadlive.com do with the personal information I submit when I create an account?

In order to upload video, you'll have to provide some unique information such as your name and email address, business details and contact details. This information will be used only for purposes of the Bizadlive.com Video program unless you specify otherwise. Please review the privacy details for more information.

    10. How do I insert the map into my Web-Site?

       Simply send an email request to admin@bizadlive.com requesting to do so we will contact you and send the URL to you for easy insertion into your page, you can then direct your customers to this increasing Web traffic to your site.
